I found several small bugs that seemed to climb up from behind the counter that would climb on the wall and onto the counter. One climbed on to my fresh orange on the counter and that was enough for me. The late night manager tried to help but I left to find another option.

My family and I have stayed here in the past (literally the same year I’m writing this) and we did NOT have any issues; unlike this time. Major difference between this time and last: our room type. Last time we had a double queen. This time we had 2 double beds; one of their cheaper rooms. Staff was polite. That’s fantastic. However, the room was dirty. Like REALLY dirty! I always bring wipes with me (I’m a parent) and I wiped down EVERYTHING before we touched it and things were DISGUSTING! My wipes were dark brown/black colored. The heating/cooling system had what looked like food in it, the walls had dirt and writing on it (looks like a kid took pen to the walls), bathroom sink still had toothpaste in the sink (and on the handles), we skipped using the shower (there were black spots in the bottom of the tub), and the carpet looked like it needed a serious deep cleaning. I didn’t expect 5-star service but basic cleanliness should be priority ANYWHERE you stay. It seems like maybe they give more care to the more expensive rooms then to the cheaper ones. As we were packing to check out; I unplugged the hairdryer (habit as I don’t want any fires) and a freaking ROACH crawled out of the outlet!!!! Thank god I didn’t see that when we first checked in or we would have checked right out! All of our things are sitting outside in trash bags because our home does NOT need an infestation…if there is ONE there are THOUSANDS. We’ll be trying somewhere else next time ☹️

I paid 5 times more in Brooklyn, NY for the smaller size room and conditions, so I'd say this Motel is pretty good for what you pay. The room was clean, warm and had all the necessary amenities. Many TV channels also access to Netflix and Peacock. Large parking spots and illuminated at night. Nice breakfast and coffee. Easy check in and out

We asked for a non-smoking room. The room smelt of smoke, there was an ash tray left in the room and the bed spread had cigarette holes in it. When I asked the front desk about it she said "It was a smoking room, but now is a non smoking room". Which I don't believe, cause why would you leave an ashtray and bad bed spread. I asked to change rooms, but she said all others were a smoking room. We've stayed here a few times before, but will never stay again.
