"I booked for one adult and one child , but they provide only one blanket and one towel !!!! I tried to talk to them friendly , but one stuff was shouting and other one didn't accept to provide another blanket for my child , as a result I had to leave the hotel an request a refund for other 2 night. More over , the towel and mattres sheet was damaged !!! As my first time I had seen hotel provide a damaged items at room."

"The staff were very friendly, offering tea and coffee all-day-long. Breakfast was also good and the rooms were well-maintained. I did not use the spa downstairs, but they offer massages there too. The main downside was the location. It is located in an automobile repair-industrial district. I was told by taxi drivers to avoid walking there at night, and transportation costs to and from the hotel by taxi can add up. "

"The worst hotel I’ve ever visited in my life. For two days, I tried to find hot water for the bathroom, but to no avail. My children got sick because they had to bathe in cold water. Every time I called the reception, they said they were fixing the water. What kind of hotel is this? I had to go to a public bath just to take a shower. There was also no safe place to park the car."

"We had an issue at check in that we were hoping to get resolved. The General manager Suat, personally handled the situation. He was polite and very courteous as was all of the staff. "Beautiful old hotel (family owned for 200 years, the man said). My only complaint is that it was very noisy at night due to nearby businesses working all night and rooms were not soundproofed. Otherwise, a great stay! The man recommended a local place with kebabs and Turkish pizza that was AMAZING."
