The hostess was charming, kind and looked after my every need. She cooked wonderful meals and also helped clean my clothes and dry them by the wood stove. I just wish I had more time to stay there. The room was cozy and the bed was too. I slept like a baby, which is not my norm.
I cannot recommend this place enough. Try not to bring much luggage. the access is out of a book, like walking up a path, and you are not exactly sure till you get there. Just wonderful

Friendly Stay in a Good Location

I recommend that you eat your evening meals at Fora as it is far superior, both in terms of the quality of the food and value, than the rip-off restaurants in Ayder.
Bir çok iyi bir lokasyonda can dostu pansiyon. Fatma Hanım bize çok hoş göründü ve faydalı seyahat bilgi verdi. Forada akşam yemeğini yemeyi tavsiye ediyorum çünkü Ayder'daki kazık lokantalardan çok daha üstün, hem yemeğin kalitesi hem fiyatları olarak.

The hospitality amazing , the people in the hotel are so friendly and nice, the place is really nice and cozy you feel your self home.
The room is really small and bathroom you can not fit in, there is no road for cars to the panision so you should go and your bags in a hard narrow road, so not appropriate for old people

Lovely property on the hillside reachable via a short footpath.Very central, close to the famous bar and cashpoint. Breakfast is included and is very tasty. Fatma and her husband are excellent cooks and they offer a traditional homecooked meal which we very much enjoyed. There is also a very nice area iutside to sit with a great view of the mountains. We would come back anytime. Very welcoming hosts !

Traditional hillside farmhouse

Pros: Nice old building, view from rooms.
Fora offers three small but clean and comfortable en-suite rooms that have been added on to a farmhouse just above the main street in Ayder.
It is a few minutes walk up a narrow path 50m or so from the dolmus doragi.
They offer dinner, but Ayder has grown tremendously and there are many good lokantesi and cafes close by to choose from.
No English or German. The walls of the rooms are not at all soundproof.

Hello, thanks for your review. We hope that you you enjoyed your stay. Our rooms are not soundproof because whole building are wooden. I do speak english and spanish as a foreign languages but during your stay I wasnt there. For that I am deeply sorry. Thanks your review again, hope meet you in Fora again!

Ev gibi, temiz ve samimi
Posted 18 Aug 2024 on HotelsEşim ve çocuğumla spontane gittiğimiz bir konaklamaydı. Sadece uyuyacağımızı düşünerek almıştık oteli. Uzun uzun kalmak istiyor insan. Sıcak bir ortam vardı. Kahvaltısı, omleti çok güzeldi. Yemek alternatifi varmış ama bize yemek nasip olmadı. Önden bildirdiğinizde sizin için yemek hazırlayabiliyorlarmış. Ev gibi bir ortam var. Temizlik gayet iyiydi. Ayder yaylasının tam merkezisinde manzarası da çok güzeldi. Herşey için teşekkürler
