Bad place only want money for bad service
Posted 13 Jul 2019 on HotelsPlace for turkish speaking tourits. We booked that place some montht before and on the place was only 90 old lady speak only turkish. She was trying call someone but the person on the phone doesn't speak english either. After some hours we get some information on e-mail at our booking was canceled. We had to leave the place with 6 years old kid at 21 o'colck and find another place even hotel was empty. Service below criticism. Very bad.

The property accepts customers by reservation. You have been asked to prepay for the booking confirmation. But you did not pay within the given time. Your reservation has been canceled. Then you tried to use the canceled reservation. The owner accepted you again, but after taking advantage of the facility's bathroom service, you left without notifying the owner and paying for the service you received.
We recommend that you make a reservation by reading the cancellation terms and conditions before you stay. We will be honored to host you next time.
