It is a 1936 building , Lobby looks good but corridor are all beat up , carpet and walls , dark , staff is good and affable, but also very aggressive toward tips .

Very comfortable every time I’ve stayed here but there wasn’t any room upgrade availability which was a shame and beds weren’t so comfortable, could do with a mattress protector at least. Overall I would recommend, modern, clean, great location and staff are very helpful at check in, great value for money

Very excellent hotel with great service and in good neighborhood. The rooms are small but again we have not bad bigger rooms across UK or Europe.

Everything was wonderful, only con is there is no ramp for heavy luggage or wheelchairs. Don’t understand how that is acceptable.

Definitely recommend this hotel, great check in friendly staff excellent customer service. Shower water ran out into bathroom floor and the pillows were flat would go back
