Staff very friendly and a warm and welcoming reception staff. Wouldhave had no hesitation approaching for assistance as they were very amenable. Thank you.

Great location next to the Euston Square undergroind station! Be aware that the frosted glass in the bathroom leaves little to the imagination as you see much more than the outline of the person using it. Make sure you are VERY comfortable with the person you are sharing your room with! Check in has you use an app to access your room key, which was cumbersome for me but I'm sure it works well for others.

Nice enough place, but being forced to download an app and use the app as a key card was a major faf, can’t be doing with that. Makes the stay needlessly complicated when they could just give you a key

Convenient for London Euston and the underground. Very noisy due to HS2 work

Small room that blind did not open leaving room claustrophobic. No change of room offered! Requested taxis which they forgot to do making me late for an important appointment!
