Great location, rough check-In

We enjoyed staying in a location that was just a short distance from downtown London. Very reasonable price and enjoyed having a shared kitchen space. However, our check-in process went poorly. They claimed the cleaning service never showed up the day we arrived and we came into an apartment that was still dirty from the previous guests. This delayed our day as we had to wait for it to be cleaned.

Fantastic price, amazing location

The price for this place in this location is AMAZING! I honestly don’t think you’ll find better for the money. Read the reviews so you understand what you’re getting but everything was clean, comfortable and well managed. I didn’t have a problem with the shared bathrooms - there were two bathrooms to three rooms, and a shared kitchen and common room but I didn’t see anyone else the whole time I was there. As per other reviews, you can hear doors closing and opening but you can hear that in any hotel. I would recommend staying here if you want a Very affordable, brilliantly located, clean and simple room.

I needed a place to stay near Euston for a couple of nights but didn’t want to pay a fortune, yet have my own bedroom. This place was perfect: 15 min walk from Euston and 10 min walk from Oxford Circus. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room, bathrooms (toilet+shower), kitchen and facilities were really clean. The room and whole hotel were warm, as expected in December. The room was tiny (not even 4 square metres) but I only needed a place to crash, so that was not a problem for me. Despite the small size of the room, it had everything you needed: wardrobe, full length mirror, chair, table, ironing board and iron! towels and shower gel were also included. Great value for money in the area, I would 100% come back here or recommend. On the negative side, the walls are super thin (you can hear the tv from your neighbour or even hear them snore) and the windows are not very good either and you can hear the traffic or people speaking in the street; however, it didn’t catch my by surprise as I had read some previous comments and the problem was solved with a pair of earplugs. Some comments say this is expensive for the quality? I do not agree at all. Good luck finding anything better for less than £50/night! This little hotel was a great finding in such prime location!!!

The Size if the Riom was Not what I was Expectung fir rhe Pruce. Super Small

Local stores are nice in the neighborhood. But, the property and the room are "cheaper" than you would think.

Location was good, but the property itself was disappointing. These are not really apartments but individual rooms with a shared central area kitchen. The carpet on stairs was old and torn. Place smelled like paint. The best part was the private bathroom. It was really small, but nice, clean and modern. Not very secure premises which is a big minus if you want to leave your laptop or any valuables in your room. And of course, like many places in London there is major construction going on across the street. They stop promptly at 6:00pm, but it starts up early in the morning so you cannot really sleep in. They also contract with some third party agency to obtain your personal information online and "verify you".(just ignore that if you go through Expedia).
