This was our second time staying at 16 Bay View. Our first time was awesome. This time the room was beautiful and clean. The front desk staff and restaurant/bar area and staff were wonderful. Food and drinks were great. The issue we had was with house keeping. We checked in on a Tuesday evening and checked out on Friday morning. House keeping came in one time to (Wednesday morning) to empty our trash can. That was it. No clean towels, no bed service, no room cleaning at all. For the price we paid and the reputation of the hotel, I was deeply upset. The front desk staff did get us clean bathroom towels, etc on Thursday night after we asked. We will have to really debate as to whether or not to use 16 Bay View again next year.

This is a lovely property and convenient to restaurants and shops. The only complaint I have was the noise level in our room which was across the hall from the ice machine and across the street from the post office with trucks delivering in the wee hours.

It is a great property, but the parking is a bit sparse. It is close to everything, but many establishments were closed due to it being a Monday. And because the weather was rainy the rooftop was closed. The hotel lobby bar was cozy and the wait staff was great.

One of the best luxury properties we’ve stayed in recently. Worth every single penny, and the unique history is such a charming added value. Perfect walking distance to everything - waterfall, waterfront, shopping, rentals…just can’t say enough. This was the best of the best and delivered all the way through a rooftop sunset with a cool glass of Sauvignon blanc amidst stylish, relaxed, and friendly company. 10/10!

This is a beautiful property. It has a nice rooftop bar that overlooks the harbor. They have a full breakfast included. The rooms are top notch with a fireplace, soaker tub, separate rain shower, heated bathroom floors, balcony and plush bedding and towels galore. They even give you a fuzzy warm blanket to use. Since it was cold all the heating amenities came in handy. I really loved this whole place, the vibe and the staff were on point. The only thing I recommend is getting a harbor view room. The street side overlooks a postal warehouse. Also room 34 is directly in front of the ice machine, which is convenient but noisy at all hours. Overall if Camden wasn’t so lackluster i would return to this place without a doubt.

You have to ask for toiletries, linens and coffee keurigs after the first day. Parking was a hassle. Had to call the front desk because no parking spots available. Staff was friendly though.
