The property is quite nice but the room was far below the standard of the very high premium asking price. Please check this before you book.

Pros: The hotel staff made my stay – gracious and generous – I felt like I was the only one there – grounds / location.
Cons: More flavor in the food and more options for cuisine from different parts of Brazil, advanced info @ the optional/added charges on the bill
Location: A few bars/restaurants and a cute coffee shop, several different beaches were great walking/hiking, swimming/surfing
In the area for a wedding. It was the end of the season and Nau Royal had a suite open & gave it to me without an up-charge, put together a wonderful celebratory outdoor dinner for me and some friends – I came home late evening from the wedding and they were waiting outside to make sure I got in safely ( i dont speak Portuguese). Hector at the front desk speaks English as does Lilly and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Everyone was kind and I felt very safe even riding my bike at night through town. The weather was in the 70's the beaches were beautiful – experiencing the small town beach culture was interesting and relaxing.

Tive uma boa estadia porém há a necessidade de mais atenção à detalhes. A limpeza deixa mto a desejar, principalmente do spa (banheiros e sala de estar). Quarto com limpeza ok, mas o banheiro com mau cheiro, entupido, luminárias sujas e lixo quebrado. Atendimento cortes e educado, mas o número de funcionários é pouco. As toalhas de praia estão mto velhas e a piscina com um aspecto de pouco cuidado. A falta de manobrista é tb bem ruim para quem chega. O hotel não é cheiroso, não tem um detalhe que agrade os hóspedes. Tem uma boa estrutura, porém está antigo e deteriorado. Precisa de mais cuidado e carinho!

Posted 29 Jan 2022 on HotelsCusto benefício muito baixo! As fotos não representam a realidade. Toalhas da piscina em estado ruim e estranhas ao toque. A escada da piscina está meio inclinada o que dificulta entrada e saída , ouvi reclamação de outro hóspede tb. Serviço de café da manhã muito lento, tem que ficar pedindo várias vezes. Os funcionários são atenciosos , mas a engrenagem como um todo , eh falha. Dizem que tem um Spa,pelo que conheço não tem ou eh muito precário.

No tengo dudas de que volveremos y pronto
