My only issue was the food was never hot enough.

Perfect for our needs. Breakfast good . Close to beach and shops. Restaurants. Very clean

Nice property and lots to do around it. Right on the beach too which was super convenient

On arrival to the hotel we checked in, this process was fast and easy. The Lobby area is modern and decorated nice. When we entered the room, the toilet was very dirty. There was urine in the toilet and used toilet paper. The room was also dusty. Our balcony door was faulty too which meant we did not use the balcony as much as we would. The bathroom in the room was very modern and all facilities worked very well. Clean towels are provided daily too. We chose not to upgrade to food options as was very expensive and lots of fish. Was much cheaper to eat out the hotel in restaurants and bakery’s. Hotel is in a convenient situation to visit Cambrils and salou. The bus stop is outside the hotel and goes to both towns. Bus is around 2euro a ticket. The hotel is not situated on a beach but is only a short walk (200m?) On our last day we checked out and had a late flight. We stayed at the hotel all day and wanted to use their shower facilities in their lobby so we asked for a towel and the staff were very rude and unhelpful. We did not have any towels and would’ve been very easy for the hotel to lend us 2 towels so we could freshen up. We were very disappointed by this so maybe something for hotel to work on.

Great hotel to stay in. I was in a double room single occupancy. I think i paid extra for a larger room. My room.had 2 x single beds, a couch which could accommodate a 3rd person. It was in the corner so balcony was small but adequate

Very nice location and nice staff. Parking is a piece of mind. Only a problem was when turning on the shower the smell stinks like it's connected to a sewage or something..! I didn't mention it since it's only one night to go (Room 134 if you want to fix it) thanks

It was a very cold 3v3ning and there was no extra blanket for the bed as a consequence we were very cold all night
