The hotel staff was very nice, the hotel was clean and in good condition, and it’s well-located so walking to other points in Cambridge or in Boston is easy. The restaurant was also a nice experience with good food. I do miss some of the science-based art that they had when the hotel first opened.

The Receptionist at check-in was terrific. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. She was so helpful...great customer service, with a big smile. I checked in around 3:00PM on Thursday, Nov 28th.
