No hot water at the hotel

Wonderful friendly hotel, excellent facilities and lovely breakfast.
Only one minute niggle that can easily be rectified is, could you put a couple of hooks in the bedroom to hang coats, apart from that an excellent hotel and would definitely stay again, thank you!

Lovely place to stay. Drinks abit pricey. Zane the chauffeur is lovely and exsperiance at his job. Lovely bently car outside the hotel.

The Gonville is always a wonderful place to arrive. The Staff is friendly, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the rooms are quiet and the food at the restaurant is delicious.

Stayed in this hotel because of the central location and availability of parking (extra £26). Quality of room was excellent as was the breakfast. Bathroom was very compact but adequate with good water pressure. Staff were friendly. Had a slight hiccup at check-in when they charged me for the room even though it had been prepaid; however, this was quickly sorted out at check out.

Amazing Staff always quick to understand your needs. The tea biscuits and coffee in the room are a plus!

Hotel in general is good but toilet is small, this maybe because of historical reasons. Bentley tour is not easy for booking if you stay for one night or better check in early as possible to reserve a tour.
