The room had multiple areas where the wall paper was heavily neglected and peeling off. There was toilet paper in the toilet and long dark hair in the sink upon my arrival. The in room hot tub/ whirlpool also did not work at all. I kindly and politely asked for a modest refund due to the hot tub. I was told a Manager would refund it when they returned. I called back multiple times after my departure asking for a Manager. I was told there wasn't one because they no longer worked there. The clerk with very holey jeans mentioned that she had no way to reach the owner. Then on another call I made she said there was a Manager and that they would refund an agreed upon amount. The Manager never called me, and the refunded amount is not anywhere close to what was agreed upon. This is the first bad review of a hotel ive given in all my travels.

When we went for breakfast there was none made. No one around including desk clerk. Other guests were angry as well. Horrible!

Everything in the room, furniture, sheets, rug, and toilet was either old and/or defective or both, plus some dirty. Terrible experience. Never again will use this franchise.

First I paid for a king suite and upon arrival was told they only had a double bed suite. Even though I booked this hotel almost 2 weeks in advance. Then we get to ohr room to find nail clippings on the floorand our jacuzzi didn't work. I called the front desk and was told they had no other room with a jacuzzi available. I said what is gonna be done and the guy said I dont know my maintenance man is off. I complained until they gave me a full refund. Then in the morning breakfast was less than par. Was suppose to start at 530 am and the staff said well we dont start it until 7....food wasnt great as well. I wont be staying here and the only good thong that happened was I booked though thos app and the customer service agent was very helpful and got me a full refund.

No curtains
