Toilet flush didn't work, lift didn't work, window were very dusty, shower water leaked everywhere.
Separate taps! Not value for money

The lift was broken and was out for the next fortnight . Our room was on the second floor and we had to walk up all the stairs with our cases . They were charging £15 for car parking at the hotel and no offer of free breakfast or free car parking to compensate for the lift being broken .

Convenient Royal Cambridge

Central to Cambridge so good location.
The bar was closed at 10pm with sign apologising and directing to reception for drinks, but reception said sorry bar staff had to pop out!
Breakfast buffet good, but waitress ask what hot breakfast we wanted, as cooked to order, however had only just sat down with cereal when cooked breakfast arrived and put on the table! Notice that she did this with other guests.
