Staff are not very attentive when making requests. Had to ask for a clean pair of cups three times and did not anything

Fantastic location right across from the zoological museum and within walking distance of the whole town and university. It was also a great venue for our conference of about 200 people. Food was excellent, staff was competent and friendly.
