Seems like there is new management that is finding its legs. Awesome mattresses, slept great. Some of the new staff (family owned?) is not yet used to American hotel behavior.

By far the cleanest holiday inn we have ever stayed at. Staff were very friendly and polite. Maria was very helpful.
