Whatever cleaning chemicals they use, doesn't make the rooms smell clean.

Boyfriend and I were in a newly renovated room and it was a lot nicer than I expected. Staff is nice and I wish I grabbed the name of one of the ladies in the breakfast nook, she was a sweetheart. Thanks for everything

The room smelled like mold. It was so hot when we arrived because they left the AC unit off. Once you turn on the AC the mold smell gets worse. There was mold under the shelves in the tub/shower as well as in the toilet. I asked for a refund because we ended up finding a better place but they charged me for one night. The workers were nice but considering the conditions I should have been fully refunded. People could get sick staying in that room.
