Overall the room was clean, comfortable and I like the location of the hotel that it’s close to stores and restaurants.

No setup for lugage in the room. Bathroom sink area wide open to the bedroom. No made service. If you were going into the tub and toilet area the door blocked the sink area. A very poorly laid out floor plan. Will stay somewhere else next time

We showed up for a wedding at 1130am and could not get a room until 1pm 2 hours in the lobby

The very best part was the service we received. Every one of our interactions was exceptional. Especially Derrick Arbues. Derrick went out of his way to help us and delivered above and beyond service!!! He was GREAT!!

This is the third time we stayed in this hotel. It is walkable, staff is fabulous, breakfast is great, rooms are comfy.
