The most serene and relaxing hotel I’ve visited! The gardens surrounding the hotel are gorgeous and the food at the restaurant it absolutely delicious! Rooms are spacious with a huge tub to relax in and a firm bed. I would come back in an instant!

Great location for exploring the valleys around Pico Grande and Encumeada. Stunning gardens and very comfortable rooms. Brilliant views down the valley to the ocean. Would have expected more vegan and vegetarian options from a bio hotel but otherwise a very good stay. Will definitely rent a car next time as taxis are very expensive around there and buses are infrequent.

A nice hotel with friendly staff but dinner menu very limited and inadequate for a 5 star hotel.

Staff were very helpful, particularly allowing late check-out for evening flight. The building was spotless. Eco awareness: compartmentalised recycling bins in rooms. Lovely grounds including magnificent eucalyptus trees.

the service and hotel were fantastic. The weather in late March was disappointing, but the hotel made up for it with lovely breakfast and heated indoor pool and gym facilities.

The location is perfect. Great breakfast and very helpful staff. Had a minor problem which has been solved in a prompt manner. The place is quiet and guest are mutually respectful.
