The property itself needs some maintenance, my main issue was the room amenities, the heater doesn't work properly, the hot water was a hassle too. Breakfast it's OK. The green areas in the hotel are beautiful, but the real highlight here was the staff, Lauane at the front desk is an angel, such charisma and attention. Outstanding! She made our stay a lot more pleasant.

Tivemos uma incrível experiência no hotel Green Village. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, educados e solícitos. Hotel limpo, organizado, tudo com muitos detalhes e capricho. Estive hospedada neste hotel e só tenho elogios, a recepção, o café da manhã, os funcionários, todos nota 1000, super recomendo! Apena o banheiro que precisa de uma reforma, mas estava muito limpo com toalhas bem cheirosas.

MARAVILHOSA! Acho que nunca fui tão bem recebida em um hotel! Desde a hora que cheguei até a hora de ir embora. Quarto super aconchegante, televisão grande, vários itens no banheiro, secador… cama comfortavel. Café da manhã maravilhoso! Até na hora de ir embora, recebi um mimo.
