Horrible

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my whole life. No food no drinks. If you want beer good luck because the bar next to the pool is closed. If you want a beach towel you will have to beg. A.C. unit didn't work in room. Had to ask many times for repair.

Bad experience

This hotel was so disappointing!! We only had 1 night booked here and are so glad we weren’t staying longer. They advertised 2 restaurants and room service available but when we arrived there was only 1 restaurant open where you could only get the buffet (that looked very average) for 800,000 VNG pp. They said we couldn’t get room service at the time we called (approx 7pm) because they were too busy. We the had a very loud noise we could hear from our room which took 3-4 Phone calls to reception to ask them to look into what it was. The one positive was that the staff made sure to pack us a breakfast to go early as we had an early flight. This was a very kind gesture. Overall though our stay was below average and very dissapointing.

Dear Guests, Thank you for your complain we will try to improve our service. every night we have buffet dinner from 18h00 to 21h00 after we have open alacart from 21h00 until 05h00. our Restaurant is opening 24/24 hours.

HOTEL FROM HELL

Cons: Remove it for from you site
Location: 42 minutes from Nha Trang and AUD $30 each way to go there. Courtesy Bus only leaves once in the morning at 8.30 am and only returns once at 4.30pm.
I already sent Expedia a detailed email complaining about our experience. no reply after 7 days. Appalling service!!!! Below is only part of my complaint as space won't allow all the words: We are checking out of this disaster of a hotel. After 7 days enough is enough!!! If the misleading photos on your website weren’t enough. See actual photos from our room (attached). When we arrived we were told we had to stay in Building B not the main hotel building A with all facilities, we told them we were on our Honeymoon but they either did not understand or just didn’t care. Building B is surrounded by unfinished gardens, outbuildings, pools half full of green water that stinks like sewerage and a filthy beach that they attempt to clean by digging holes in the sand to bury the rubbish, alas the next day it is worse as the tide uncovers it all overnight. This hotel is only Chinese friendly, they have no proper English speaking staff, the food is gross and the breakfast is like being in a competition with Chinese guests bumping you out of the way to get at the offerings. The room only gets half made up with bins not emptied or no towels left at all. Then we waste time with complaint calls to reception and no English skills so takes several people and visiting our room to resolve. If we go to the front counter we are greeted with limited staff 3 or 4 having to deal with aggressive tour operators and guest struggling to get their passports returned, arguing and screaming about bills...

Nice hotel. No one stays. No food

Pros: View of the ocean, pool.
Cons: Most of everything else needs improvement.
Location: Nothing near by to do. Near airport.
We booked this hotel because the pictures show beautiful place. We stayed there and were surprise that a big hotel, not many people stayed. Its beach front is not ready for guest to get to the beach. No pool bar, no restaurant for lunch or dinner. We had to take a cab far into town to eat. Next door hotel is very crowded. I wonder something wrong there. Customer service not well trained. Breakfast was ok.

Nice hotel but still need improvement

Cons: Restaurant, staff
Nice location, hotel in very quiet place. But the staff need to be improvement! Knock on my door eventhough i put "do not distub" sign on my door, at least need to call ahead before knock on the door! the restaurant need to be improvement, especially the menu!

Schönes Hotel aber nicht so wie beschrieben

Keine Poolbar Kein Strandrestaurant Speisesaal wie ein Bahnhofrestaurant Shuttel in die Umgebung beschränkt sich auf eine Fahrt am Tag mit dem Personalbus nach Nha Trang bzw bis 5 km außerhalb des Centrums Kein Zimmerservice (das bei 5 Sternen) ?
