Nice staff and service. Note that time tables for buses nearby are most likely wrong, and they might take quite a lot to come (probably better if you rent a car)

Surprising hotel, with renowned restaurant. I would always come back. Better option than downtown hotels. Roberto is very attentive to guests.

Nice and cosy hotel outside Napoli and to our surprise we found out that its own restaurant is very famous and a favourite among locals. This business offers free parking in the underground garage for those who booked the hotel. Lovely Italian cuisine with a rich choice from pasta and meat to fish and seafood. We had lunch elsewhere everyday during our trips outside Napoli but for dinner we came back to Donato for their lovely food and of course “Il vino” :) Friendly and professional staff both at reception and restaurant. many thanks to Roberto, Pepe and Co. 5 stars for the whole experience and I would rate higher than that if I could.

Arrived at reception to a well managed, smart and helpful clerk.
Room was clean and spotless.
Breakfast was continental but very good
Would stay and recommend

Wasn’t even parked yet and an employee started to yell that I had 5 min to check in and then park the car. Check in guy was abrupt and took time to take in the info from passport so the guy from parking yelled even more at me for being there more than 5 min. Area very sketchy. It was cheap but not en enjoyable stay. Dining room was surprisingly very nice. They had live lobsters etc.

Good evening, I'apologize for delay when i registered your passport (5 minute), I always try to be polite with our customer, maybe I was less polite when I kindly asked you to avoid to say Fxxk You to our parking attendant in the hall of the hotel in front of our guests. Thank you for your comment we will try to be faster and more polite.
