Views and grounds are beautiful. Staff were helpful and friendly. We greatly enjoyed our stay there. Negatives would be with the included breakfast and dinner. Not sure I would do that again since they serve pretty much the same things over and over. Food is good, not great.

No water provided either in the room or with an evening meal. As a result over €150 had to be spent on water alone during our stay. Ridiculous!

We had a family room on and it was a good size space with a separate living room. The bed was comfortable but some of the fixtures and fittings needed some attention. We stayed on a DBB basis and the choice and quality of the food was good. The hotel was clean but felt a little dated in areas. It is up on the top of the hill so not particularly accessible to other areas of the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the air conditioning whilst we were there. I give it a solid 7/10.

Pool was well maintained, food was awesome, room was great. Only suggestions would be ... you should clean curtains in room and clean balcony floors. Front desk staff should be relieved every couple hours for personal hygiene reasons. They should freshen up as they speak to clients all day. Otherwise i loved my stay!

Definitely 5 star facilities, however it seems to have too few staffs for such a large hotel and therefore 3 star services
