Very nice 5 star hotel very quiet and top service. Tje view is unforgettable. The bed and pillow could be more confortable for this kind of establishment. That is the only thing I can say otherwise wow!

Paradise on Corsica

My husband and I spent 2 weeks hiking the GR20 across Corsica. We were bruised and battered and decided to stay at Villa Calvi for 3 nights to recover. It was the perfect antidote for all the exertion. We enjoyed brilliant breakfasts and dinners and loved just sitting on our terrace looking over the gorgeous port of Calvi. The staff was professional but also funny and warm. We will definitely be back the next time we are on Corsica.

Pros: Everything
The most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. We were upgraded to a suite, so special. A shuttle is available to town and the beach at a reasonable daily rate. The breakfast was great and dinner in the Michelin star restaurant very good. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Views, location, tranquility, pool, breakfast, cleanliness, service, staff.
Cons: Free transfers to the beach at select times.
Location: A walk up to the nearby Notre Dame de la Serra is highly recommended.
I’ve stayed in a number of hotels in Calvi and whilst the standard is generally high La Villa was on another level and the perfect place for those looking for a little luxury. Being located up in the hills made breakfast by the pool each morning exceptionally special with the stunning views of the Citadel. A walk up to the nearby Notre Dame de la Serra is also highly recommended for unrivalled 360° views of Calvi bay.

Spectacular view!

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Our rooms were more like adjourning apartments with a large shared terrace. The rooms were beautiful and modern, with huge closets and large attached baths. The grounds and pool areas were immaculate and beautifully designed. We dined at the restaurant 3 times and each dinner was delicious, creative, and entertaining. We hope to return if we find ourselves in Calvi again.

Quiet, friendly hotel which more than lives up to it's 5 star class.

The hotel was superb - quiet, friendly, beautifully maintained and excellently positioned with wonderful views over Calvi. The staff were exceptional and we enjoyed our very relaxing 7 night stay. My only gripe was the cost of drinks, food and spa treatments which were excessive even for a 5 star hotel!

Hôtel magnifique avec belle vue sur la citadelle

Bel hôtel sur les hauteurs de Calvi. Belle chambre avec une belle vue mer et citadelle. Tout était parfait mais ma seule remarque concerne le service. Je pense que l’hôtel était en sous effectif et le personnel pas toujours aimable. Certains services comme le petit-déjeuner en chambre n’a pas été proposé, le service du soir n’a pas été fait en chambre le premier soir et le service à la carte au petit-déjeuner n’a pas été proposé le premier jour, une salariée qui se plaint auprès d’un client par rapport à son salaire, carte débitée deux fois (réceptionniste qui ne maîtrise pas la gestion des réservations)…. Je ne veux pas être dur car ces constats sont sûrement dus au manque d’effectifs que nous connaissons tous en ce moment surtout dans le secteur hôtelier et que nous sommes peut-être mal tombés surtout le premier jour.
