Posted 5 Dec 2021 on HotelsThis was the third time we have stayed at the Esmeralda and for good reasons. Our room was spotlessly clean and done every day. The staff on reception were always courteous and helpful, particularly Alicia who helped us to do our Passenger Locator Forms and printed them. Breakfast and Dinner in the dining room had a very large choice of food and friendly staff too. We look forward to our next visit.

Location was ok. Reception insisted that I produce the reservation email. I said I have prepaid for the room, but they insisted. Room was outdated and not very clean. Not a special breakfast, lacks quality.
