"Rooms were excellent, but I missed seeing the extra resort fees necessary at check-in. So was taken back at the time. After check-in , only thing we noticed was parking situation, had to park across the street 90% of time. But these issues would not prevent us from returning. In all likelyhood we will be back next year, we enjoyed the stay & the room."

"Hampton Inn and Suites at Panama City Beach is a beautiful relatively new property. A beachfront property it has direct access to the amazing powdery white sand beaches. There is a heated pool on the back deck of the property which felt wonderful in February. The all-inclusive breakfast was good/typical. There were tables/chairs outside on the patio overlooking the ocean to enjoy your breakfast and coffee which was nice. All amenities are clean and well kept. All staff were friendly and willing to help with all needs. Yes, we will return here as it was a centrally located to all restaurants and shopping and the area itself is lovely. "

"We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and to our delight, the lobby was locked, which for security purposes we appreciated. The Manager at the front desk, Victoria Bryant, was professional and friendly and had the energy of the energizer bunny! We stayed for 3 nights and saw her several times and she was the same every time. She made sure we were satisfied and had what we needed, as did the other front desk employees when she wasn't there. The room wasn't over the top but was comfy and dark and had a mini fridge, we played pool downstairs and even chatted it up with fellow guests. The hotel is in a convenient location if you are there for baseball and within driving distance to many dining options. The hotel also provided free breakfast and had an array of snack, drinks, and travel essentials for sale if needed-and if you don't see what you need, just ask! We would definitely stay here again."
