Perfect place to get 8 hours sleep on a layover between planes!!!!

I tried to contact them to update my booking by one day. They did finally reply that if i wanted an plckup at the airport they would, and told me the cost. I told them the arrival time and flight number. I sent them the information and recieved no reply. I arrived and waited for the taxi. No one came. I took a taxi to the property and no one would answer the door. The taxi driver phoned over and over. We could hear the phone but??? I tried to cancel the next night with no repy. Then much later got a repy that they were full. I will be very reluctant to use this orbitz again!! If ever! I am not satisfied with this one bit.

A shower is enough pressure and provides hot water immediately.

Unfortunately I didnt make it to this hotel as two taxi drivers from the airport refused to take me there. According to the taxi drivers the streets near the hotel are unlit and dangerous and a high crime area. We arrived into Lima at 10pm and opted to take the advice of the drivers and find something two blocks from the airport.

all the taxis say the same thing to take them to another place and charge an extra commission, all arrive well and this area is very safe :) you were deceived :(
