"We stayed here back in July and loved it, so this was a return visit. First night wasn't so good. The hotel had shut down the air conditioning for the winter season. We were given a top floor room with a balcony. Even with the patio door open all night, the room didn't cool and stayed at 23 Deg C. Way too warm for us to sleep, plus the outside noise too. "Had the feeling of luxury, recently renovated, stunning room. The staff were forst class and helpful. We ate at the restraunt at the hotel and it was beautiful food. I suggest parking in a car park first and taking lugagge to hotel. You can park temperorally at the hotel whilst you check in but the streets are very narrow and Google maps was getting confused. It didnt effect our stay though."

Lovely stay

"Had a lovely stay at this hotel everything was clean and comfortable, no complaints. It's location is perfect for exploring the streets of Cadiz and a great icecream almost next door. The only thing the hotel should improve on is to provide water in the mini fridge and replace paper cups with ceramic ones. Would definitely return again!!! "

Great room with seaview

"Sea view room on 5th floor was great. Very spacious and well stocked fridge. Bar service great. Kettle for tea and ice provided on request was a nice touch. Only 1 uk tv channel though, which should be improved. You can attach your UK fire tv stick though for movies etc. Recommended."
