"Nixson and his mother are lovely. He took time to make sure I was comfortable, and kindly shared his knowledge of the plants in his garden with me Fridge, hot shower, comfy bed, nearby shops, atm, restaurants Some mozzies but there are nets so I slept great I went to Batibou beach nearby, about a 1hr walk, or 10 min drive. My jaw was on the floor 😍 I enjoyed my stay. Thank you"

"The property was well kept and had everything we needed and then some. Carol Anne has thought of everything to make a guest stay pleasant, convenient and comfortable. "Ken and his staff went out of their way to ensure that our stay was stress free. Our needs were anticipated and they were happy to assist us morning, day and evening, even when we were not on the premises. Prior to our arrival Ken arranged airport transportation. "The hotel rooms were advertised has having an ocean view but you could not see the ocean from our room. The room was clean, although small. The host was courteous and helpful He arranged for us to eat a lovely dinner at a local restaurant and arranged for the owner to pick us up so we did not have to drive. "The new owners were really friendly and full of local knowledge. So was Pascal the taxi driver they arranged to pick us up. But we were also given lots of privacy. The view is amazing from the studio cottage. It was well appointed and comfortable, had good wifi. It could use a memory foam for the bed though. The grounds were clean and the whole Calibishie area is safe. Dominicans are soooo friendly! "

"We had a great week of relaxation and low-key local tourism. The house was solidly built, clean and secure - could have had a few more utensils etc in the kitchen, but functional. We explored the area by local bus, and enjoyed it thoroughly. Trevor, our host, could not have been more helpful. The view, and sunrises, were splendid."
