They lost my reservation and rented my suit room. One day later the gave me the suit but the room had not warm hot

A great hostel in a nice area not too far from the sights of Cali. Staff very friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast served in the morning. I would throughly recommend this place. Definitely stay here again.
