firts night was terrible in a small room, our reserved room wasnt available by the time we checked in, they gave a small room with view to the air conditioning room and told me that the next day in the afternoon they will transfer me to the reserved room, but i paid my overall stay for huge with a city view. they just said the next day, we dont know why the night shift gave you that room, No even excuses !!!

Pros and cons
Posted 6 Dec 2016Pro: Lobby clean and simple. Help with luggage check in and out. Good buffet breakfast. Great view from room and roof pool area. Room is clean and nice. Con: lobby to elevator need to climb one and half of stairs. Sheets and towels not changed three nights just remake bed. Traffic noise starts at 6am is heard from room.

Posted 15 Oct 2016 on HotelsThe traffic was a bit loud but we got used to it quickly. The Hotel seem to be very central to the area and safe. For us I just can't say enough about the people that work at this hotel they are amazing , we have never felt so welcomed
