They couldn’t find my reservation at first, but after calling someone they were able to find it and gave us a nice room, the breakfast was really good and my overall experience was great.

Smelling room, found 2 cockroach in the bath room. Very noisy from street.

We arrived excited to stay in the are near the Hotel Intercontinental- the front desk questions our nationality as soon as he finds out we are Colombians he charged us an extra fee - we argue that we are Americans as well and our passports are at our family safe box, but we have pictures of our passports- we said no and charged saying if we bring proof we will refund our money. We go to get our passports and he said too back we can take your money but we can't give it back. First and last time they see us - we travel at least 6 times a year.

Overall was a nice modern room. Good staff plenty of restaurants around, good location. No parking but plenty of doace on the streets controlled by guys who watch your car and you have to pay them something.

Desmejorado

Después de varias estadías durante los últimos 2 años, hemos notado un poco deterioradas las habitaciones. Deben darle un cariñito a los baños, especialmente puertas.
