Posted 29 Sep 2023 on HotelsI could not have been more pleased... more pleasantly surprised. Small hotel with very attentive staff that were very responsive and respectful.
The location of the hotel has a number of restaurants within a couple of small blocks. The El Caney neighborhood of Cali has the reputation of being safe. That was my experience while walking around during the day.

I like the size of the room i was there for 7 days it had a small kitchentte was vey useful , fell in love with the view from my room, the staff was friendly , didnt have any security guard at the entrance , disnt have laundry service since i was there for 7 days needed clorhes clean , linens had a strange musty smell asked for cleam sheets didnt get them , and decorative bed pillows smel very bad breakfast was includes it was good just the same 3 options every day , overall its very nice elegant modern rooms would book here again
