Room requested wasn’t available and wasn’t explained but gave what was open. Key card given but fob didn’t work because they wont change the door battery. Had to walk to the front desk to get someone to let you in each time. Room carpeting and walls are stained with residue. Dirty pillows and mattress infested with bed bugs. Did not make it staying there due to being bitten and had to leave in the middle of the night.

We arrived to a dirty room. The sheets were crumbled all over the bed like someone had been sleeping in them, the towels were dirty and used, there was trash all over the room. We went to the front desk to let them know and the property manager said there were no other available rooms. We said we understood, he said housekeeping could come clean it tomorrow. We asked for clean sheets to sleep on until they could clean the rest of the room, he gave us 1 flat sheet, we had 2 beds. We asked for more sheets and he said they had no others. We asked for a refund so that we could leave and find another room elsewhere since he would not give us clean sheets to sleep on, he continues to say they had no more rooms, but we hadn’t asked for another room, only for sheets to make the beds ourselves. He was very unapologetic and did not care that we left. I would not recommend you waste your money here. Luckily Expedia worked with us to refund the money and we were able to stay somewhere else for around the same price.
