Good... room overall, free (simple) breakfast, convenient location, price. Not as good... black mold in shower, poor seating breakfast area, slamming doors main floor kept waking me up

was just a very basic room for the money. Not spotless but it was reasonably clean. Probably due for updating soon.

One of the worst check-in I have ever experienced. I got a link from a text for an “easy check-in” where I basically filled out a form regarding check in and had my credit card number inputted. This was supposed to speed up check-in by doing all the paper works online and just taking the room keys upon arrival. This basically did the opposite. The front desk said that there is no deposit held on my account yet, and I had to show her my bank statement and the paperwork I filled out prior to arriving at the hotel. The front desk even had to call the hotel manager through phone to double check that they have a deposit held under my account. And she handed me more paper works (that I already have filled out through the “easy check-in link” and had me sign two receipts which was the fee for the hotel and the deposit they apparently “could not find under my account” upon checking in. It took about 20 minutes to check-in which I find absurd. And some guests were also there complaining about bed bugs which photos and videos for proof and they said they could not give them a refund. Just poor customer service and poor quality of accommodation in general.
