Great hotel, the included brunch was fantastic so good that we will be using this hotel every Calgary trip. Room had everything we needed, great little kitchen set up. Have stayed at Delta downtown for similar price but no breakfast included and definitely not as nice.

Love the size of the rooms and the bed is cozy. Breakfast is a bonus.

Should have housekeeping daily
Should have better cleanliness in the toilets in the hearth
Should train new reception staff better so that they don't commit things you cannot deliver on.
