This property gave my room number and key card to someone not on my reservation, gaslight me saying it was not allowed but not their fault . I want my money back after leaving due to this and they refused. Also they had bed bugs!!

The restaurant was closed for renovation and the pool was closed so not very happy about that specially, the restaurant we had to walk quite a ways to get something to eat and that’s why I booked the the hotel was to eat in their restaurant
