Room was less than clean and when I went to front desk on second eve to request service, was told housekeeping was usually done every 3 days. Coffee service, cups etc. in room left open to area and not transported on hskg cart in a hygienic fashion. Breakfast was passable. Good centeal location.

Hotel was very clean, though a little dated. The check-in staff was friendly. The area has lots to offer for dining.

The alarm clock beside the bed did not work. So i woke up and it was near 11am checkout. I jumped in the shower and packed my bags, while i was getting dressed (11:23am) the Manager started banging on my door shouting its passed check out. I opened the door and explained im getting dressed ill be done in a few minutes. He refused to let the door close and entered the room and started shouting threats that i cannot walk away from him and im past checkout. Mind you im half naked at this moment so i turned and yelled at him to close the door and let me get dressed. His response was "you dont know me" - i dont care what bad day this man was having, this is beyond despicable and predatory actions. All i could think is if my wife was alone in the room and this man entered aggressive like this. The manager refused to provide his name, so the best i can do is describe as the african man who as at the front desk. Im contacting ownership regarding this. I really hope the hallway camera caught it all so they can see for themselves this absolutely unprofessional and predatory behavior
