After calling hotel on arrival at the airport was given clear instructions and picked up by shuttle within 20 mins.

They advertise shuttle service but make you take a taxi which is paid for. But inconvenient to walk to get a taxi in the terminal as it’s far from customs and we had a party of 5 and no vans available so needed to get two taxis. And it took a while to get them in the cold with three kids

Great location near Calgary Airport, new hotel, clean well, maintained, comfortable beds. Was snowing during our stay due to early season storm so the proximity to airport, shuttle to and from airport really gave additional benefit( although upon arrival after 10 pm, had to take a taxi as shuttle isn't available after 10 or 10:30 pm but enough taxis available). Inform front desk if need shuttle though. All in all a great stay for my trip. Didnt eat breakfast but coffee was very very good :)

Only issue was funds on my Credit card have not been returned after a week.

Small parking lot No towels available in the pool
