Shower took forever to get hot and then too hot and took for ever to cool down. Was very hard to shower. Location was okay but area is a little rough. Not too bad. Overall for price completely reasonable.

I love how unexpectedly great the property is. For me, hearing “motel” doesn’t really give a good impression but Centro Motel changes it. Centro Motel, especially the staff, was impressively great. They are very accommodating and friendly and clean. Also the location is perfect because my trip is consistently in Banff. It’s very convenient with the distance.

I recently stayed at Centro Motel and unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected. Upon check-in, the receptionist was overly inquisitive, asking a lot of personal questions that felt intrusive and unnecessary. While I understand the need for hospitality, this crossed the line into discomfort. The room itself was disappointing. It wasn’t as clean as I had hoped, and there was a noticeable bad smell that lingered throughout my stay. For the price and the hotel's rating, I expected much better standards of hygiene and professionalism. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both staff training and room maintenance. Until then, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel.
