Great Stay at Best Western Plus Chestermere
Posted 7 Jun 2020 on HotelsHotel was in a great location, walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Parking was great, had a wakeboard boat with me and was able to park in lot no problem. They even gave me a room where I could keep an eye on it. Would definitely stay again.

Coffee machine not cleaned, tub partially plugged , room cleaning timing issue, ate yogurt day I breakfast with a knife due to a reuse attempt to package cutlery,( no spoon) breakfast bag unavailable day 2

We do have breakfast bags available every morning for all guests and we do also keep cutlery, spoons included, at the front desk at all times. Thank you for taking the time to write this review.

Sleeper beware
Posted 2 Feb 2020 on HotelsWalls so thin I could hear the guy in the next room over snoring and their full conversation when they were talking. We were awake from 1-ish til 3:42 when I decided to go to the front desk and low and behold a peculiar individual was departing the room next to us.
A hard crusty area on the floor and a large brown spot.....gross.
Feedback was given to the front desk clerk.
Breakfast was good. Staff were polite and friendly.
Beds were comfortable, but when there is too much noise to sleep, comfort doesn’t really matter too much. Will not stay here again.
