The staff was friendly and helpful. The two rooms that I got were clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and well rounded.
On the other hand - I got stuck on the elevator, My son got stuck on the elevator. Not just once, but two, three, four times. To the point where it was scary and we wouldn't take our 2 year old on it. We used the stairs at the far end of the hallway with her. We only used the elevator for luggage. We had two TV's in my room. Great! Neither of them worked! not so great, especially when I was taking care of my granddaughter and wanted to play some cartoons or maybe watch some football on a Sunday early in the afternoon! They tried to fix them. No luck. They tried to find another room. No luck. It all took a bunch of time and really disturbed what we had hoped would be a gentle, restful night in-between long drives. I'm afraid to say I will have to check out other hotels before returning. Sorry.
