"Less than 5 minutes walk from metro station. Hotel was bright, clean, well maintained and quiet. Good size room and bathroom. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Area around the hotel doesn’t look very nice but only ever saw people walking their dogs or going into the market opposite the hotel so always felt safe. "

"As with other reviews the hotel can be difficult to locate as it is off the main road. Initially on entering the hotel I was taken aback by the small size of the reception area. The reception manager was very polite and helpful. Our room was comfortable, large and clean with apartment style facilities. "Amazing stay at this property with a family of 5 (3 teens) and our service dog. Everyone was extremely comfortable and please with the space. Not only that, but the landscaping is beautiful. Balcony was a perfect place to unwind after being out all day. Although a gas fire place outside would make this comfortable in the cold winter. Walkable diatance to transoprt links- train and bus station to reach other cities aswell as exploring Citta Alta. "Yes parking is difficult but once you are parked you don't ever need to move your car as you have direct access to a ferry port and can travel to virtually any town that borders como di lago. Absolutely incredible experience seeing this beautiful and quaint corner of the world I highly recommend this stay for anyone who wants to have an authentic Italian experience"

"The eclectic feel of the lobby area and the friendliness of the staff were great. The room was very clean. The heater was broken in the room we were assigned, but they moved us promptly to another room. Walking distance to the airport and from there it was a quick Underground train ride to the city center. I would not hesitate to stay there again."
