I wanted the hotel room to be equipped with slippers. Shower temperature was too low.

Pool was nice. Same can’t be said for cleanliness in the rooms and around the property. Lots of cockroaches in the pool-side shower rooms. They should’ve sprayed the rooms for insects and mosquitos. And the toilet flush in my room was defective.

Rundown resort, loud noises at night.
Posted 10 Dec 2018 on HotelsFirst - I was made to wait for half an hour by the office person because they have not received my confirmation only to tell me later that it was in their spam inbox. Duh?
The condition of the rooms/toilet will definitely not meet with the expectations of non-locals.
The Karaoke singing are just super loud till 4am! I got the suite room and I didn’t get sleep until 4am! The management apparently does not care at all or do not even have a policy.
Stay away like far away from this resort.

We would like to thank you for your feedback as this can help us improve our services. ACR has already communicated to our Expedia partner our need to be trained in responding quickly via Expedia partner central.
Regarding the loud noise from karaoke, we at ACR are compliant to an ordinance limiting karaoke hours to 2 am only. Sad to note that some of our neighbors violate the same ordinance.
