Ibis-as expected-which is a good thing!
Posted 14 Mar 2023 on HotelsNeeded to overnight before picking up my rental car to head to the Atacama so I was only there for about 9 hours. Breakfast good. In fact, I have stayed in an Ibis before-you know what you get-clean/modern microtel that is hassle free.

My stay at this hotel was a miserable experience. It took close to an hour to be checked in - staff was incompetent with low degree of service. Changed rooms three times dues to broken air conditioners, dirty room, various other issues. The lobby itself had dripping water on its customers. It took hours to get the situation somewhat resolved finally by begging for a manager. Was unwilling to wait the 4 hours for Expedia to assist. You can't put lipstick on a pig to make the pig nicer - that is like this hotel.
