"We were bummed some of the areas were closed and the pool heater wasn' working. It wasnt clear how trash and housekeeping worked and had to figure it out and ask as we went rather than explain up front. "

"It was hard to find because their sign was not lit up. They blamed it on the recent hurricane, but that has been quite a few weeks ago. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. It was like a small apartment. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "

"The property was very clean and beautiful perfect for our long weekend stay. The balcony was beautiful and spacious The only downside was the busy main road in front of us it was noisy. I disliked that the hot tub and pool closed at 8 pm that was a bit early "

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff really friendly. They bent over backwards when it came to using their grills. The set me up with utensils, started it (gas), shut it down when I was finished, and even cleaned the utensils. The only annoyance was the weak water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink. I’d definitely stay there again."

"Clean room with balcony overlooking the gulf sunsets. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. We were going to be arriving late due to holiday traffic and the owners seat an email with check in instructions."

"Sunshine Cozy Cottages was an amazing stay and the cottages were super cute! The owners are super friendly and kind. The walk to the beach is only 2-3 minutes depending on traffic conditions so it is very convenient. "
