"b&b is down a v narrow street. google maps says it's on the left but it is on the right. the hotel itself is v charming, restored with care by the owner whose family built the palazzo. Unfortunately no lift, but the manager brought our luggage up to our room. wish we could have stayed longer."
"Historical building entirely renovated with plenty of historical piece of furniture creating a very nice and cosy atmosphere, other than being super clean and very well equipped. Right at the center of Dorgali (plenty of shops, restaurants and artisans walking distance) and few minutes to Cala Gonone by car. Personnel super friendly, kind, efficient and helpful. Abundant and delicious breakfast. We would definitely come back for another trip to Dorgali or Cala Gonone wonderful beaches"

"Beautiful pool however they won’t turn on the water jets or fountain in the pool between 10 and 4 pm until the attendant is back on duty.
Room was pleasant enough, bathroom and surfaces clean however the floor was filthy and not mopped the entire 4 days we were there. Front desk very helpful and staff pleasant. No pool towels unless you rent by the day for 3 euros.

"In general it is ok but my opinion it is not a Resort 4 stars. The staff is friendly but the rooms are not well kept and need maintenance. Insects of all kinds are found in the rooms. The location is not so far from the beach but if you want to go out in the evening for shopping or if you want to walk along the seafront there is nothing"

The location is beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we wanted — but the service is not at 4-star level. Staff are kind but clearly overstretched. We were charged €8/day for parking with no alternative, which should really be included. Breakfast starts only at 8AM with no early option, and no water or coffee machine in the rooms. The spa was advertised but was unavailable during our stay, with no prior notice. The pool bar opened only after 1PM. The biggest surprise was the coffee: machine coffee was poor, and my first cappuccino tasted of salty water (likely tap water). Though the waiter apologised and fixed it the next day, this is unacceptable in an Italian 4-star resort. Staff also had loud arguments near guests. Room cleaning was basic: towels were changed but sheets weren’t, and floors weren’t properly cleaned. The food menu is very limited and expensive. Worst of all, during checkout they tried to charge us more than double (including parking again and items we didn’t order). Only after I asked to check the bill was it corrected. Beautiful setting, but the service, transparency, and quality need major improvement"

"Gorgeous views and friendly staff! The gorgeous views come at a price which involve walking up hills or driving but we preferred the exercise after having meals in town. It’s a well appointed property other than the very hard beds unless you prefer them. The staff is very accommodating to your needs and the breakfast options are good. Highly recommend. "
