Colchão muito ruim. Travesseiros com cheiro de suor. Quarto sem janela. Única ventilação era pelo ar-condicionado que nos fazia tossir a noite toda. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização ótima. Atendentes educados.

Funcionários muito educados e bem cordiais, pousada muito bem localizada no centrinho próximo de tudo, café da manhã maravilhoso. No geral atendeu as expectativas de acordo com a descrição do quarto selecionado, limpeza e organização ok!

Estadia terrível
Chegamos na pousada, lençóis e fronhas suja, quarto com um cheiro terrível, pedimos para trocar de quarto e o atendente disse que nao era possível. Então pedimos para nos fornecer um lençol e fronhas limpas, para que nós mesmo trocassemos e foi fornecido. Nunca mais volto nesse lugar.

Pousada péssima.
O atendimento na recepção foi péssimo, a colaboradora muito mal educada, arrogante e uma pessoa difícil de se relacionar com o público. O quarto estava com a tubulação entupida, a água suja retornava ao banheiro, deixando tudo muito imundo e fedorento. Fui até a recepção buscar uma solução, mas a colaboradora colocou toda dificuldade possível e ainda foi deselegante conosco. Solicitei uma mudança pra um quarto que estava desocupado, mas a mesma se negou a fazer a troca e tbm a chamar a manutenção pra sanar o problema. Foi uma experiência muito desagradável...no dia seguinte consegui falar com a gerente, mas a mesma tbm não foi competente pra resolver o problema e a sugestão mais bizarra que ela apresentou foi disponibilizar um rodo pra nós mesmos wscoarmos a água suja que retornava pela tubulação do esgoto. Lamentável...não recomendo essa acomodação a ninguém.
