We had an excellent stay at the St Regis Mew Capital hotel, where we were indulged by the magnificent service of the staff (Omar, Mahmoud, Mohammed and many others) and the beautiful hotel. Only one minor backdraw is that the hotel is quite far from Cairo, but it is still worthwhile to stay in this hotel. We would certainly choose this hotel again on a next trip!

So glad I stayed here. I've been to Egypt a couple times and St Regis made the second stay much more pleasant. The food at both restaurants was delicious. The rooms were beautiful, beds comfortable, good shower pressure and very quiet. All staff were accommodating and so kind. The management was top notch. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Everyone was overly generous and sincere in their desire to make our trip great.The restraunt staff were so friendly as was everyone ,the rooms were cleaned to perfection every chance we gave them to do so , a young gentleman named Mostafa .M was so thourough with his housekeeping duties as good as could ever ask for him to be.All the breakfast staff were excellent , the concierge guys were awesome, as they accommodated all my request . I dont want to leave anyone out , so I can genuinely say everyone of the staff are doing an excellent job.

This hotel is amazing. Definitely top two ive ever stayed. Everything is amazing however i didnt get a full tour/breakdown of all the amenities which would have been nice. Also, its far from the city so beware. Otherwise, if i ever come back to cairo, ill stay here again as a rest location.

Amazing hotel and amazing service. A-1. I know it's far from Pyramids but i was looking for a peacfull place. Luxury hotel as a palace. They upgrade our room for a suite 1225. Also they offered late checkout. Thank you sooo much ! Amazing palace !

Fantastic Luxury Stay - great hotel and amenities

Superb amd fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel is very luxurious Nd one of the best I have seen in the middleast. Each and every staff member was a delught and went above and beyond to provide excellent service and assistance. Special thanks to Ismail at the entrance, Abdel at fron desk, Ahmed Ismail and Farouk at Montego breakfast restaurant, Alaa our butler and Mahmoud at the spa. I highly recommend this hotel to all especially if you want to avoid the over crowded noisy Old Cairo life and relax in luxury with family.
