How to ruin your trip, courtesy of Hotels.com

These people are irresponsible liars. I had a confirmed reservation. Upon arrival past midnight in a filthy and dangerous part of Giza, they said that the place was closed for renovation and tried to put me in a filthy hostel instead. I wrote to Hotels.com and explained this and did not even get a reply. My advice is not to book with Hotels.com

No existia como hotel en el lugar, ME ESTAFARON Y ESPERO NO ME DEBITEN EL PAGO, tuve que alojarme en otro hotel y pagar tarifas muy altas

Här var det inte mycket som stämde med vad som utlovades förutom utsikten mot pyramiderna från balkongen. Det fanns varken vattenkokare, mikro, kylskåp eller reception. Inte heller städade de eller serverade frukost om man inte ringde och tjatade. Detsamma gällde gratis vatten och kaffe. Dessutom får man ingen skälig ersättning från Hotels.com om inte hotellet ger okej till att det man har klagat på stämmer! Snacka om moment 22!
